I Envy Runners
I happen to live on the top of hill in a suburban neighborhood. This particular part of town is semi-secluded and has lots of little hills that are perfect for those that enjoy running.
Every morning and every evening and actually at any point in the day, runners can be seeing getting their jog on. I envy them so much.
They look like they are in that zone where they are so absorbed in “the moment” that they forget they are running. That runner’s zone, which I have never experienced.
I have tried to get into running and sometimes I just make myself do it but I’ve envy those who can actually enjoy it.
I wish I could enjoy it.
