My Multi-Ethnic Delicious Weekend
On Friday night I had dinner with my family & we had our typical Argentine/Brazilian fusion dinner: rice, meat, potatoes, salad.
On Saturday night I attended one my best friend’s Chinese New Year
Dinner where I tried a slew of new foods: raw salmon, shrimp balls, crab balls, beef, steamed fish with a variety of sauces & delicious [prosperity] cake.
On Sunday night I visited my good friend, who was in town from Santa Barabara. We had a traditional Mexican meal: posole, mexican rice, carnitas, beans & pan ducle.
Can you say ‘yum’ in a couple languages?
Corn bread, veggies & chicken in balsamic dressing for dinner with my bestie <3
Mental Note:
1. I do not enjoy Taco Bell.
2. No matter how many times I try it, it will never get any better.
3. It’s gross.
4. I know people are going to hate on me for posting it, but it’s trueeeeee!
Perfection
I went to get my daily cup of coffee and decided to get a bagel. However, when it comes to me and bagels, I am very particular. It HAS to be a sesame seed bagel and it has to be toasted enough for the flavor of the seeds to become part of the experience but not too burnt where it taste burnt.
Today I got the most perfectly toasted bagel. PERFECTION.
I knew it was going to be a good week. ;D
What I do at 2AM instead of writing my paper that’s due tomorrow. LMAO.
listening to bachata, pants-less, & HIGH ON PRETZELS.
